Transportation
Daily bus service is available for campers commuting from the Hudson and Brecksville communities for a fee of $100 per week. To secure a spot on the bus, families must preregister as spaces are limited.
Each morning, buses depart promptly at 8:25 a.m. from two designated pick-up locations:
- Hudson: Redeemer Church, 190 W. Streetsboro Road
- Brecksville: Saint Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Road
Campers arrive back at these locations around 3:25 p.m. each afternoon. Please note that there is no mid-day bus run, so this service is designed for full-day campers only. Children as young as 3 years old are eligible to ride the bus. However, all bus riders must be able to follow bus guidelines for safe travel. Please see below for more details.
Bus Guidelines
To ensure a safe and orderly journey, all riders are required to follow bus safety protocols. This includes staying seated throughout the ride, remaining silent at railroad crossings, and keeping hands and belongings to themselves. Consistent failure to follow these guidelines will result in suspension from the bus service.
Additionally, each route must have at least four riders to operate, so early registration helps guarantee transportation availability. This service offers a reliable, supervised transportation option, allowing families peace of mind and campers a smooth transition to and from camp each day.
