During Registration, families must complete a Household Form (contact Information for Parents/Guardian—one form per account/family), Camper Information Forms (basic information such as school, health information, and health waiver—one form per camper) and a Camper Registration Waiver (camp policies and Information—one form per camper).
Make sure the have the following Health and Medical information handy for each camper:
- Height and weight
- Allergies and dietary restrictions
- Medications and treatments
- Health insurance information
- Primary care physician contact information
If you are registering more than one child for summer camp, remember to select the names of each child when registering. This way, you can register all your children at once and make one, single payment.
